Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Parul Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straight forward return and refund process as outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

You may return products if all the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The product is not part of the non-returnable items list (see below).
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Innerwear / lingerie
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.) — unless faulty

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  5. Please use a reliable courier with tracking for returns.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use or damage.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team immediately.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted; you may return the item after delivery as per the return policy.
