- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- In case of delays (due to high demand or logistics issues), we will notify you by email or phone.

5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5000/-
- For orders below ₹5000/-, a nominal shipping charges of ₹49–₹99 may apply (based on location and weight).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional service fee (e.g., ₹40), which will be shown at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in select pin codes.
- Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
8. Delivery Delays or Issues
